  • 218oz Certified Piedmontese Grass Fed Grass Finished Ribeye Steaks
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the steaks in a deep dish or plastic storage bag with a sealable top.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Evenly pour the marinade over the steaks and gently massage in on all sides. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes – 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your grill to high heat. While the grill is preheating, allow the steaks to come to room temperature on the counter.
  4. Gently remove and wipe off the excess marinade from the steaks. Evenly season both sides with a little bit more salt and pepper.
  5. Grill on high heat for 5-8 minutes prior to flipping and grilling for another 5-8 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved.
  6. Allow the steaks to rest for 5-10 minutes prior to slicing and serving. Enjoy!
