When cooked through, it’s time to make the sauce! Consisting of pantry staples, this sauce couldn’t get any better. Ketchup, tomato sauce, and mustard are just a few key ingredients to it. How to Serve the Turkey Sloppy Joes:
Have you seen the movie It Takes Two? The sloppy joe scene is iconic! If you don’t know what I mean, you’ll have to look it up, but I’m definitely the kid in the glasses from that clip. He’s just digging into his sloppy joe with no shame at all! A full face full of sloppy joe at a time, haha!
But all things aside, that’s the best way to serve up a sloppy joe! They’re messy, but that’s all the fun. I like to use brioche or hamburger buns. You can leave it plain jane, or top it with whatever you like! Potato chips, coleslaw or cheese are just a few options to name some. Either way, I always like to have some potato chips on the side to scoop up the extra sloppy joe filling that falls out!
