This Triple Berry Galette is a dream come true. A delicious, easy dessert bursting with fresh strawberries, blueberries and blackberries. All wrapped up in a buttery pie crust, the berries are topped with a cinnamon-sugar topping and baked until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for the perfect slice of Triple Berry Galette!


  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon milk


  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and roll the pie crust out onto it into a 10-inch diameter circle.
  2. Toss the berries together in a bowl. Place all the berries in the center of the pie crust, leaving a couple inches of the pie crust around on all sides. Fold the remaining couple inches of pie crust up over the edges of the berries in the center to create the galette. Place the prepared galette in the refrigerator while making the topping.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, sugar, flour, cinnamon and milk until a crumbly mixture forms. Evenly top the berries with the topping mixture.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the pie crust is golden brown and the berries are bubbling. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving. Enjoy!


  • Store bought or a homemade pie crust can be used for this recipe.
  • Try to keep the pie crust from tearing when folding over to prevent the galette from leaking. It’s okay if it does – I don’t mind the rustic look of it!
  • Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
