Welcome to the Thanksgiving Menu 2022! This year’s menu is loaded full of fun and flavorful spins on the Thanksgiving classics. From a buttery, golden brown turkey to a fluffy pumpkin mousse pie, this Thanksgiving Menu is one to easily impress your friends and family!

Thanksgiving Menu 2022 Inspiration:
For this year’s Thanksgiving Menu, I wanted to keep the classics alive by giving them fun and flavorful twists. That means we are roasting a turkey that is blanketed by a butter-soaked cheesecloth, amping up the mashed potatoes by whipping them with all classic ingredients of a twice baked potato, taking stuffing to the next level by using croissants, bringing brussels sprouts back to the table, revamping the classic cranberry dish by making it fluffy and loaded full of goodness and then topping it all off with a pumpkin mousse pie that is light as a cloud. Let’s dive in!

Cheesecloth Turkey
Cheesecloth turkey is covered in herb butter and roasted to perfection. A butter-soaked cheesecloth covers the turkey and keeps it moist and flavorful—no brine required! It’s the perfect way to cook a juicy, golden brown turkey for your Thanksgiving table.
Twice Baked Potato Casserole
Twice-Baked Potato Casserole is a creamy, rich side dish—perfect for the holidays or any other big gathering! Gold potatoes are whipped together with sour cream, cream cheese, butter, and chives until smooth. The dish is topped with cheddar cheese and baked until bubbly and delicious.
Candied Pecan Brussels Sprouts
Candied Pecan Brussels Sprouts are a fun and festive “green” side dish for your holiday table. Brussels Sprouts are roasted in olive oil and garlic, then tossed with brown sugar, pecans, and dried cranberries. They’re cooked until caramelized and crispy…and so tasty you won’t believe they’re vegetables.
Herbed Croissant Stuffing
Herbed Croissant Stuffing is everything you want in a holiday side. Flaky croissants are toasted until crispy. Aromatics, mushrooms, and herbs are sautéd, deglazed with white wine, and then layered with the croissants. Pour chicken stock over the top and bake until golden brown for a fluffy stuffing with a complex, buttery flavor.
Cranberry Fluff
The traditional cranberry salad gets a festive upgrade! Cranberry fluff starts with a rich mixture of whipped cream, cream cheese, and mini marshmallows. Sweet mandarin oranges and tart cranberries make this side dish pop. Fun and indulgent!
It’s time to inject some life into the cranberries this Thanksgiving! Cranberry fluff is a fun addition to your holiday table. Each fluffy pink bite is filled with lively flavor and vibrant color.
Pumpkin Mousse Pie
Pumpkin Mousse Pie is the perfect combo of pumpkin pie and pumpkin cheesecake. This dessert is like biting into a cloud. A buttery graham cracker crust is topped with luxurious pumpkin spice mousse—made with pumpkin, cream cheese, and real whipped cream. The pie is topped with more whipped cream and sprinkled with a light dusting of pumpkin spice.
