Strawberry Orange Mojitos are a vibrant, delicious cocktail! A classic mojito gets a fun twist with fresh, juicy strawberries, bright orange slices and fresh mint leaves. White rum, triple sec and honey combine perfectly with the vibrant fruit for a memorable cocktail.
What is a Mojito?
Traditionally, a mojito is a rum-based cocktail paired with fresh citrus, sugar and sparkling soda water.
With this Strawberry Orange Mojito, we are changing things up a bit! The addition of fresh strawberries and oranges to this classic summer cocktail really helps set it apart. Plus, how can you not love the bright, summery colors? I also subbed honey for the sugar to help give it a little extra depth of sweetness.
When it comes to the mint leaves, pick your best looking ones! If you’ve been following along on my Instagram stories, you may have seen that I scorched my mint that I got from Trader Joe’s. But, don’t worry, it’s making a comeback! And I may have bought another mint plant just in case haha.
How to Serve Strawberry Orange Mojitos
Not only are these mojitos bright and delicious, but they can be served several different ways! Whether you are just whipping up a cocktail after a long week, or serving a crowd, let’s break down the different ways you can serve this cocktail:
- Single serving – grab your glass and get to work! Keep it simple by making everything in that one glass so you don’t have to do extra dishes. I love these glasses from Crate & Barrel.
- Pitcher – whip up a whole pitcher of Strawberry Orange Mojitos! That way, you can just pass the pitcher around and guests can pour their own.
- Build-your-own mojito bar – set up all the ingredients, make a fun, little instruction card and let guests build their own mojito! How fun would that be?
