S’mores Parfaits are a fun, delicious no-bake dessert! The parfaits are loaded full of the classic s’mores flavors. A rich and velvety chocolate pudding is layered together with a marshmallow cream filling and buttered graham crackers. Top each parfait with perfectly toasted marshmallows and each spoonful will transport you straight to the campfire side!

How to Make S’mores Parfaits
When it comes to making these s’mores parfaits, all you need to do is follow a few simple steps to have pure s’mores bliss!
- Make the chocolate pudding filling. This will take about 15 minutes on your stovetop and you are set to go!
- Whip together the marshmallow cream filling.
- Stir together the crushed graham crackers and butter.
- Assemble the parfaits! I like to start with a layer of graham crackers then work my way up with chocolate pudding and marshmallow cream filling.
I recommend transferring the chocolate pudding to something that has a spout for easy pouring (such as a glass measuring cup with a handle and easy-pour spout). That way, you can easily pour and assemble these s’mores parfaits.
Plus, the addition of toasted marshmallows as a topper to these parfaits really sets them apart – you won’t be able to forget them!

Serving S’mores Parfaits
Serving these s’mores parfaits couldn’t be more fun. I mean, how can you not smile when one of these is set down in front of you?! I just can’t resist myself!
I love how versatile these s’mores parfaits are: you can prepare them in advance and refrigerate them, or serve them immediately when the chocolate pudding is still warm. Either way, you will have some empty glasses in front of you before you know it!
Also, how fun would these be to serve for a crowd, party or gathering? The most perfect no-bake dessert! You can make them in advance and even have your guests toast their own marshmallows for topping.

Best Glasses to Use for S’mores Parfaits
When you are searching for the perfect glasses to build these s’mores parfaits in, I highly recommend something around 7oz! They are just the right serving size. I also built some in 11oz glasses, which we ended up eating half of one night and half the next – they were just a bit too big for one serving.
These are the glasses I used! Little mason jars, glasses or small, clear plastic cups all work great!

With hot summer days all around us, a delicious no-bake dessert is just what we need! These s’mores parfaits will keep in your refrigerator for a couple days and are the perfect treat to have on hand when your sweet tooth strikes.

Description
S’mores Parfaits are a fun, delicious no-bake dessert! The parfaits are loaded full of the classic s’mores flavors. A rich and velvety chocolate pudding is layered together with a marshmallow cream filling and buttered graham crackers. Top each parfait with perfectly toasted marshmallows and each spoonful will transport you straight to the campfire side!
Ingredients
For the chocolate filling:
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups milk
- 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate (such as Ghiradelli baking bar), chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the marshmallow cream filling:
- 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 7 oz jar marshmallow creme
- 1 cup powdered sugar
For the graham cracker filling:
- 1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham crackers (about 1 standard package)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Toppings:
- Toasted marshmallows if desired
Instructions
For the chocolate filling:
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together the sugar, cornstarch and salt until it is clump-free. Slowly whisk in a little bit of the milk and whisk until completely smooth. Whisk in the rest of the milk.
- Set the saucepan over low heat and slowly bring to a low simmer, whisking occasionally. Whisk in the chopped chocolate pieces until melted and smooth. Whisk in the butter and vanilla extract. Continue whisking to keep the pudding from getting clumps. Whisk until the pudding has thickened, about 5 minutes. Transfer the pudding to an easy-pour cup/bowl and set aside for assembly. Whisk again before pouring into parfait cups.
For the marshmallow cream filling:
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese and marshmallow creme on medium speed until light and fluffy. Wipe down the sides of the bowl and mix in the powdered sugar until smooth.
For the graham cracker filling:
- In a small bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter until evenly combined.
To assemble the parfaits:
- Using 7 oz glasses, start to assemble the parfaits by layering together the graham cracker filling, chocolate pudding and marshmallow cream filling. Repeat these layers until the glass is full. Use this process on all the glasses.
- Top each parfait with a couple of toasted marshmallows if desired. You can serve immediately or refrigerate 1-2 days in advance before serving.
Notes
- 2% or whole milk work best for the chocolate pudding.
- 7 oz glasses/jars are the perfect serving size for these parfaits, but 10-11 oz glasses/jars can be used as well. You will have fewer servings with the larger sized glasses.
- To toast your marshmallows for topping, you can do this either on a greased sheet pan with your broiler in the oven, or use the stovetop flame if you have a gas stove.
