Sheet pan meals are a great way to get dinner on the table without a lot of hassle. Chicken fajitas are a staple in our household, and having this Sheet Pan Chicken Fajita recipe up my sleeve makes the job even easier. I’m always a sucker for a good smear of sour cream too, you can never have too much sour cream!

Simple meals are what keep weeknight dinners going. After a long day at work, being able to get dinner on the table without much mess is a wonderful thought. Even if you aren’t in a hurry, Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas will easily become a weeknight classic meal.

Ingredients
For the peppers:
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
For the chicken:
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenderloins cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Combine all the ingredients for the peppers together on one half of a baking sheet pan. Lightly toss together to coat. Repeat the same process for the chicken on the other half of sheet pan.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the peppers have caramelized. If you desire a more charred flavor, you can turn the broiler on and broil the chicken and peppers for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado or any other desired toppings. Enjoy!
