- 12 large eggs
- Cooking spray
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chopped chives
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Evenly spray a baking sheet with the cooking spray.
- Gently crack all the eggs onto the baking sheet pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for 5-8 minutes depending on desired doneness for the yolks. If a more runny yolk is wanted. Keep an eye on the eggs around the 4 minute mark.
- Immediately garnish with chopped chives and serve. Enjoy!
Notes
- Measurements aren’t listed for the salt and pepper as it will vary greatly per preference. A light covering of salt and pepper is recommended. Same with the chopped chives.
- Smoked paprika can also be used as a garnish for extra layers of flavor and color.
