Description

Say hello to the easiest way to cook eggs for a crowd: Sheet Pan Baked Eggs! Eggs are freshly cracked onto a greased sheet pan, seasoned and quickly baked to runny-yolk perfection! No frying pans or smelly kitchens here. The easiest way to make eggs!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 large eggs
  • Cooking spray
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Evenly spray a baking sheet with the cooking spray.
  2. Gently crack all the eggs onto the baking sheet pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for 5-8 minutes depending on desired doneness for the yolks. If a more runny yolk is wanted. Keep an eye on the eggs around the 4 minute mark.
  3. Immediately garnish with chopped chives and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Measurements aren’t listed for the salt and pepper as it will vary greatly per preference. A light covering of salt and pepper is recommended. Same with the chopped chives.
  • Smoked paprika can also be used as a garnish for extra layers of flavor and color.
