What is Broccolini?

What is broccolini, you ask? Well, it’s baby broccoli! How cute is that?! So, your grocery store may call it “baby broccoli”, or “broccolini.” Either works perfect for this recipe!

The main differences between broccolini and regular broccoli, is that broccolini has a longer stalk that is more tender. Since the florets at the top are fully developed yet, they are more tender and sweet as well. This makes them perfect for roasting!

I was able to find it at my local Trader Joe’s, but most grocery stores should carry it as well.
