- 3 cups grape tomatoes, quartered
- ½ cup red onion, chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of half a lime
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
- Serve immediately or cover and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
