What is a margarita?

A margarita is a cocktail starring tequila and triple sec. Traditionally, it’s served with lime juice, but we’re having fun with this one and featuring pineapple juice!

Can this pineapple margarita be blended?

Definitely! Instead of pouring all of the ingredients over the ice, blend them up until smooth! Serve with a salted rim as you normally would.

Do I have to have a cocktail shaker to make this margarita?

It definitely doesn’t hurt, but it’s not required! I don’t have one and this cocktail still turns out delicious.

Making and serving this cocktail is fun and transports you straight to sitting underneath a palm tree on the beach – wouldn’t that be nice! Garnish with fresh pineapple and lime slices for the ultimate effect.
