Piña Colada Popsicles are the perfect Summer dessert! All of the classic piña colada flavors of coconut and pineapple make this popsicle the cold treat to beat the heat. Swirl them together in a blender, pour into a popsicle mold, insert the popsicle sticks and then let the freezer do all the work! A cold, sweet and creamy treat to enjoy.

Ingredients Needed for Piña Colada Popsicles
Not only are these popsicles fun and delicious, but they only require 3 ingredients! Yep, you heard that right! Here’s what you will need:
- Pineapple – fresh is my first choice! If you are using frozen pineapple, you may need to add more liquid to get them blended.
- Pineapple juice
- Coconut milk – full fat! You want that creamy factor.
If adult piña colada popsicles are what you want, then grab some white rum and pour it in!

Equipment Needed to Make Popsicles
Since making popsicles doesn’t require a stovetop or a pot, here is what you will need to bring this recipe to life:
- Blender – I love my Vitamix blender! It has lasted me YEARS.
- Popsicle mold – I found this one on Amazon and it worked great!
- Popsicle sticks
There are many different fun popsicle molds out there, so use whichever you like! Not only is this recipe fun to eat, but fun to make! Have the family or friends help you out to bring a classic, summer treat to life.

Whether you are serving these piña colada popsicles as a way to beat the summer heat, a bonfire sweet treat or a fun twist on an adult cocktail, they are bound to be a hit! Sweet, creamy and dreamy. Plus, how can you go wrong with a popsicle?! Instant nostalgia!
