Pho Chicken Ramen is a slurp-worthy bowl of ramen noodles submerged in a flavorful pho bone broth. Topped with tender, shredded chicken, this bowl of pho ramen is the perfect, comforting bowl of soup!

Topping ideas:

  • Carrot ribbons
  • Green onion
  • Seaweed chips
  • Poached eggs
  • Corn
  • Pickled red onion/radish

  1. Place the chicken breasts, onion and carrot in a large pot or Dutch oven and cover completely with the Pho Chicken Bone Broth. Bring to a low boil over medium heat. Allow to simmer for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the onion and carrot from the broth and discard. Shred the chicken and set aside.
  3. Boil the ramen noodles in a separate saucepan according to package instructions until done. Drain and set aside.
  4. Build the Pho Chicken Ramen Bowls by adding the ramen noodles to a bowl, topping with shredded chicken, ladling the broth over top and then garnishing with desired toppings. Enjoy!
