What are Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups?
There are pepperoni pizza rolls, pizza pockets, but what about pizza roll-ups? It’s just what we needed!
Pepperoni slices and shredded cheese are rolled up into a crescent dough triangle. The result is layers of buttery, pepperoni cheese goodness! I mean, just look at those swirls inside!
Perfect for dunking, serving a crowd and instant happy faces.

Ingredients Needed
When it comes to making an appetizer, I like to keep them simple and delicous! You only need 4 ingredients for this recipe – how great is that?!
- Pepperoni slices – I highly recommend getting the larger pepperoni slices either from the meat counter or these Applegate pepperoni slices that are the perfect size. If you are using smaller pepperoni slices, you will just need to add more per roll!
- Shredded cheese – use whatever white, mild cheese you have on hand! Mozzarella, Montery Jack, Asiago… it all works!
- Crescent rolls – the good ol’ fashioned rolls we all know and love.
- Marinara sauce – for dipping! This is my all-time favorite sauce.

How to Make these Pizza Roll-Ups
Making these roll-ups are almost as fun as eating them.
Simply lay out all your crescent triangles, place a couple pepperoni slices on the wider end of each triangle, top with some cheese and roll them on up! Use the “tail” of the crescent roll dough to lock all the goodness in.
Bake until they are golden brown and delicious and then dig in! How quick and fun are these?!

Whether you are serving these as a gameday appetizer, an afternoon snack or even a quick lunch option, they are delicious and scrumptious! They will disappear before you know it!
