Ingredients
Scale
- 2 sticks (16 tablespoons) butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together the butter, sugar and brown sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy, about a couple minutes. Reduce the speed to low and add in one egg at a time, making sure to wipe down the edges of the bowl in between each addition. Mix in the vanilla.
- With the mixer speed on low, add in the flour, baking soda and salt and mix until a dough forms. Gently mix in the white chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips and sprinkles until combined. Use a tablespoon-sized scoop to scoop the cookie dough into balls onto a non-greased baking sheet.
- Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are slightly golden brown and the centers have set. Let the cookies cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
Notes
- Any color combo of sprinkles can be used depending on the occasion and time of year!
