How to Make Lemon Cheesecake Parfaits

1

In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the lemon zest.

2

In a small bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with the butter.

3

Assemble the parfaits by layering the graham crackers and the lemon cheesecake mixture in parfait cups, ending with the cheesecake mixture.

Tip: If you’re a perfectionist, you can try piping the mixture into the cups with a plastic Ziplock bag. Simply fill the bag with the mixture, cut off the corner, and pipe away!

4

Garnish with raspberries and a light dusting of powdered sugar or extra lemon zest. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Finish the parfaits off with…

  • Extra whipped cream on top
  • Your favorite berries: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries!
  • Candied lemon peel or lemon zest
  • Crushed graham crackers
  • Lemon slices

Oh, and make more than just one lemon cheesecake parfait per guest…some people are guaranteed to go back for seconds 👀

Lemon Cheesecake Parfait Tips

Can these be made in advance?

Yes! Lemon cheesecake parfaits are the perfect dessert to make in advance. Simply keep them covered in the refrigerator until they’re ready to serve.

What should I serve these in?

I love to use these cute little parfait glasses! Use parfait glasses, cups, or mason jars. Whatever you have on hand!

Do I have to use real whipped cream?

I think the slight bit of extra effort makes a huge difference in the taste. But if you want to make things super simple with Cool Whip, go for it!
