Description

Looking for a side dish that you can pair with almost any meal? These Garlic Almond Green Beans are your answer! Crisp green beans are tossed with melted butter, toasted almonds and garlic until tender. You can go straight from the stovetop to the table with this quick and delicious side dish!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add in almonds and gently saute for a couple minutes. Add in the green beans and garlic and toss to coat completely. Reduce the heat slightly to keep the butter and garlic from burning, and saute the green beans for about 5-8 minutes, or until cooked al dente. Enjoy!
