This smoothie is a great mid-day refresher and pick-me-up. The fresh peaches shine through and give it a great sweet and tangy taste. Its light and velvety all at the same time!
- 1 fresh medium-large sized peach, seeded and cut into slices with the skin left on
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 3/4 cup ice
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If necessary, add in more pineapple juice to keep the smoothie the correct consistency.
