Description

Coffee & Cookie Malts are a scrumptious ice cream dessert! Classic coffee ice cream is blended together with chocolate sandwich cookies and malt powder until decadently smooth. Each slurp is pure dessert bliss!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 scoops coffee ice cream
  • 4 chocolate sandwich cookies, such as Oreos
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon malt powder

Topping ideas:

  • Whipped cream
  • Crumbled chocolate sandwich cookies
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Chocolate chips
  • Chocolate covered espresso beans
  • Chocolate malt balls

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on medium speed until smooth. If the malt is too thick, additional milk can always be added a little bit at a time until desired consistency is achieved.
  2. Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
