Chipotle Jack Burgers are the perfect reason to fire up your grill! A classic burger gets a spin. The patties are packed full of flavor from the seasonings and chipotle powder, topped off with zesty, melty pepperjack cheese and smeared with smoky chipotle mayo. Add in some guac and pico and you’re ready to party! A party in your mouth, that is.
Grilling up a batch of burgers is a great way to spend some time outside and take a second to slow the pace down. Then hurry it back up because you won’t be able to resist these burgers for very long! Once you bite into one, it is going to be an “ooohhhh myyy” effect! Well, at least thats what I did haha. John loved this spin on a classic burger and went back for seconds! We just couldn’t stop eating them.
Let’s talk toppings – one of the most important parts! You’ll generously smear to top and bottom buns with a homemade, smoky chipotle mayo. Don’t skimp on this – it’s SO good! From there, you can choose your traditional toppings of lettuce and tomato if you would like, but I highly reccomend you go with some fresh pico de gallo and guac! Heck, you can even buy fresh, store-bought pico and guac if you don’t want to take the time to whip some up!
