Caramel Apple Sangria Ingredients
First things first, this sangria is SNEAKY GOOD, so drink responsibly! 😉 Only a handful of ingredients are needed to bring this sangria to life:
Riesling Wine
Use your favorite brand or bottle here! Since it is the base of the sangria, choose a bottle that you’ll enjoy. You can also use Moscato, which will result in a sweeter sangria. If you don’t like your cocktails quite as sweet, you may want to choose a dryer, crisper bottle since the apple cider and caramel vodka add sweetness to the sangria.
Apple Cider
The main apple flavor component! Go for the good apple cider that needs to be refrigerated after opening (the kind that isn’t see-through). Sparkling apple cider would also be a nice touch!
Caramel Vodka
Where allllll the velvety smooth caramel flavor comes from. It even smells like freshly opened caramel!
Fresh Apple Slices
Grab a couple of bright green Granny Smith apples and perfectly red Gala apples. Thinly slice them and toss them right on in.
How To Make Caramel Apple Sangria
1
Slice the apples.
The thinner the better.
2
Combine the ingredients.
Dump everything into a deep pitcher and stir.
3
Refrigerate.
Make sure to chill your fall sangria at least 30 minutes prior to serving. It stays good for up to 24 hours in the fridge.
Serve this drink in wine glasses or any other fun glasses you have on hand. Garnish with extra slices of apple or a cinnamon stick.
4
Wash the dishes. How sad.
