Menu Inspiration

When I took a poll on Instagram, the majority of you all wanted something different for Thanksgiving this year than the usual classics. So I took that to heart! 

I love how different this Thanksgiving menu is from the classics, but yet, at the same time, keeps the Thanksgiving spirit alive. It still feels like a classic Thanksgiving meal! I had so much fun creating and photographing these recipes to share with you all, so let’s jump on in!

Cranberry Pomegranate Glazed Turkey

Cranberry Pomegranate Glazed Turkey is a fun and delicious twist on a classic roasted turkey! Cranberry puree and pomegranate juice simmer together with brown sugar and fresh herbs to create a decadent glaze to baste your turkey with while it is roasting in your oven. Mashed Butternut Squash

Mashed Butternut Squash is rich, creamy twist on the classic mashed potato side dish! Butternut squash is tossed with olive oil and herbs and roasted until tender and caramelized.
