Description

Party Chip Cookies, because they are basically ready to party any time that you need them!  A sweet cookie base packed full of chocolate chip, white chocolate chips and sprinkles to make these cookies party-worthy. When has there ever not been a good time for a cookie? Exactly. Whether its a birthday party, holiday party, party for two, or just because, these cookies are your answer.

Scale

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks (16 tablespoons) butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1  cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together the butter, sugar and brown sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy, about a couple minutes. Reduce the speed to low and add in one egg at a time, making sure to wipe down the edges of the bowl in between each addition. Mix in the vanilla.
  2. With the mixer speed on low, add in the flour, baking soda and salt and mix until a dough forms. Gently mix in the white chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips and sprinkles until combined. Use a tablespoon-sized scoop to scoop the cookie dough into balls onto a non-greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are slightly golden brown and the centers have set. Let the cookies cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Any color combo of sprinkles can be used depending on the occasion and time of year!
